Hi,

You guys seemed very dedicated to caring for the kittens and putting them into good homes and had lots of information in helping it be a good transition for our Captain and thats a really good thing in my opinion if your someone tryin to add a new kitten into your home.

Hi I just wanted to tell you just how amazed I am with the kitten I adopted from you.
The most lovable, loyal, intelligent little baby I have ever met, and that’s due to all the time and love you spend with each one, im sure.Thank you for all the pictures and up-dates as I waited until the day I could bring her home.  The cuddle kit really seemed to make her comfortable in her new surroundings.  It was a truly enjoyable time meeting you and your family and beautiful cats/kittens.
Please add me again to your waiting list , I would love to have another kitten to complete my family and home.

Thank you ,I’ll keep in touch, and send you up-dated pictures of my little girl.
100% satisfied, cant wait for my next kitten.

Yours truly;

Joan Brooks ( Winnipeg )

Hello!
The testimonial page is pretty new and as such we only have a little feedback. It is important to us at MaxwellRex that people deal with us with confidence in their purchase and ultimately in the relationship they are forging with not only their new addition but also with us as their breeder. We pride ourselves on our after purchase care and on stayingin touch with each and every cat and owner that we connect.

If you have dealt with us and have been satisfied, please feel free to email us your impression of dealing with us. We will post all comments and feedback that we receive regardless  as it all is a part of our story.

Thank you for helping us to be the best possible breeder we can be. We appreciate all feedback, comments or suggestions.

Yours Truly,

This is my testimonial about my experience with MaxwellRex;

I am not used to shopping for pets, so I called a few people to talk to them about breeds and what to look for in a cat and a cat breeder. Lisa was very able to answer all of my questions, and talked to me several times before she knew that I was a truly interested customer. When I did decide that I would like to purchase a kitten, she helped me narrow down what type of kitten would be the best for me. I was sent pictures of the litter that her queen Paris had. Having these pictures each week made such a diffence in the process of waiting for the kittens to be old enough to adopt.
Soon enough I arranged a visit and chose my kitten. During the process Lisa was super, not only sending me pictures, but allowed me to visit the cattery once a week so that I could bond with Achilles, and that he would recognize me and my voice before his move. That's a testement to the fact that she does her work for the cats first and foremost. She is very meticulous about the care of her kittens in the cattery, and Paris had her own room to spend time with her kittens during the first few months. In the mean time, Lisa's kids visited the kittens and helped socialize them so that they would be used to people.
The second stage of socialization came a few weeks before I brought Achilles home. The kittens were introduced to Boston, a very friendly pet dog, and the household. The cats in the house are constantly mingling with people, and other sphynx, devon rex, don rex, and pure breed cats so that they can get along in any family. Lisa was very helpful in helping me to pick out a little cat house, kitty litter, and food for my kitten. She told me what to expect from them, and how to care for them. Finally she agreed to sell Paris, Achilles' mother, to me as well so that we could keep them together. It has been great for both cats.
I would recommend Lisa, as a top notch cat breeder to anyone who is interested in purchasing a well looked after, very loved, and socialized cat for their family.

He's a great kitten, with all the personality you could ask for. He's 100% healthy, and his temperament is amazing. Our family member with allergies did not react with him at all, and it's very refreshing to be able to have such a great animal with no allergy problems at all.

I will absolutely do business with Maxwell Rex in the future, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. All around great people and great breeders. They have my recommendation in the fullest!
Thank you Maxwell Rex!!

I started my hunt for a kitten years ago, and came across Maxwell Rex through a recommendation. Upon contacting them, I knew I found my breeder. We have a family member that is very allergic to cats, so we were looking for an alternative. Lisa was absolutely fantastic to deal with, and they answered any and all questions that I had, and they did so immediately! Anything from diet and nutrition, to handling and interaction they are extremely knowledgeable on. We purchased a beautiful baby boy from them, and I've never been happier!

My Husband was searching around online and happened across an add for devon rex / Sphynx crossed Kittens for sale ... there at the front was a picture of Nathan ... with his huge inquisitive eyes and his big ears ... it was love at first sight!! He sent me the link and we shared it with the kids (we don't make these types of decisions without including the children) and it was unanimous .. we were in love!! We quickly contacted James and Lisa, and found out that "Nathan's" sister "Corona" was looking for a forver home as well, and that they were extremely close, well once we took a look at her our hearts melted ... she is sooooo beautiful ... we had to have her too!
Lisa and James were great, they went over all of our questions and educated us as to this breed, the unique personalities of the devon/sphynx, how they are raised and socialized ... as well as how much hair/dander we could expect. (I have severe allergies). We did a bit more reasearch on the breed(s) and confirmed that while no animal can be completely Hypoallergenic ... these two breeds were as close to as you can get!
We were sold and had to have them ... soooooo we quickly arranged to have them flown out ... and we as a family went over all the pictures that James and LIsa could provide ... and as a family we chose new names to help with integrating them into our home .. Bella (for beautiful and coincidentally the nickname for Melissa's favourite books main character .. Yes ... Twilight) and Draco, I love anything dragon and the way Draco holds himself reminds me of the dragon from DragonHeart .. and little did i know he is like a flying lizard leaping off of everything!!
The whole family had to go to the airport to pick them up ... and from the instant we saw them poking their little noses out of their carrier we were enthralled, when we put a "portable litter" in the trunk and circled around to let them out to use it without running off ... and they both jumped in to use it we were enchanted ... and when we got in the car and they curled up with us and began purring they wrapped their little hairless tails around our wrists .. and our hearts.

I should add for those who are hesistant due to allergies...
I have severe allergies and due to this we have always been very hesitant to add any animals to our family though the children have begged for years. I am severely allergic to anything living, organic or animal(ESPECIALLY Cats) and have to take allergy medication daily.
My mother has two (what i call "Normal hairy") cats and if i enter her home even after taking allergy medication i will begin to sneeze and my eyes and skin will start to burn and itch and my asthma will go off. Most of the time it will take me up to two days to recover.
When we first received Bella and Draco my eyes were a bit red ... and my nose a tiny bit stuffy ... (the mildest reaction I ever have) but within two days i cleared up and now I do not react at all to them. My sister is as bad as me for cat alleries (we are both reluctant to go to our mothers home due to this) but she has never reacted to these two as well ... and thus has gone from trying to keep the cats away from her to embracing and cuddling Draco and Bella.
My Sister in law is just as bad and reluctant to come to our town to visit as everywhere she would stay there are pets and she spends at least two days recovering from each visit. She now stays with us, and with her regular dosage of allergy medication she has to take daily ... she does not react to our babies at all ... and has fallen madly in love with them as well.
We have had our babies for a year now ... and everyday we fall more in love with them.
I would recommend James and Lisa and their family to anyone who is looking for another member of their family (these are NOT pets ... these are not "normal cats" ... these are cats with so much personality you must see them as another member of your family or don't bother taking them on, but if you do decide to adopt, you will never regret it)

THE MONAHAND-STAHLBAUM FAMILY
Hello Lisa,

Thank-you again for following up.  After some consideration, Cheryl and I would like to wait until you your new kittens are available. While we are confidant, (based on your recommendation), that the other breeders have quality kittens,  we would like to wait for a kitten from one of your future litters. Seeing firsthand how fantastic the personalities of your kittens are, we would not have it any other way.

As for refunding us the money, we are more than impressed with this gracious offer and the mix of professionalism and personal touch provided by MaxwellRex in dealing with Tiggy’s illness.

We are still waiting for that letter from the vet. Sorry its taking so long, but we really are hounding them for it. Aside from the letter, was there anything else you needed?

If you need to call either of us directly to discuss anything, please feel free to do so at any time.

Best,
Yves and Cheryl.

PS: Talbot is an amazing little animal!! He is starting to love bath time, fetches me his toys and drops them on my chest at 3 in the morning, (not sure if I like that though ), walks around the house trilling and talking to us constantly, and many more full of personality examples.
